Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Mini Mart Store Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help with daily store operations, keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and help them locate items in the store.
- Stocking & Inventory: Receive deliveries, unpack boxes, and arrange products neatly on shelves.
- Expiry Management: Check expiration dates regularly and rotate older stock to the front.
- Store Upkeep: Keep the floors, shelves, and counter areas clean, swept, and organized.
- Cashier Support: Operate the cash register and process payments securely when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail, supermarket, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and strong communication skills.
